Brightest star: β Cam (4.03^m)

This constellation, depicting a giraffe in the northern sky, was first introduced in the early 17th century by Dutch astronomer Petrus Plancius. Its elongated neck extends around the north celestial pole, positioned between Ursa Minor and the tail of Draco.
